Welcome to Space History Designs (SHD)! By subscribing to any SHD Subscription Pass, you agree to this TOS/EULA. All content is rated 17+ for
mature themes, including geopolitical tensions and violence involving the passing of virtual astronauts, and sexual content and potential artistic nudity—
intended for adults only. Below are the key terms governing your subscription.

1. Acceptance of Terms

You must be 17+ to subscribe—no exceptions.

To join, verify your age through approved methods (e.g., credit card) and provide accurate registration info.

Agreeing to these terms is required; if you don’t, don’t subscribe.

We may update this TOS/EULA—changes will be emailed and posted at spacehistorydesigns.com/terms at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued
use means acceptance.

2. Subscription Overview

Tiers and Benefits:

$8 (Tier 1): 720p videos, 1400x1400 artwork, music.

$10 (Tier 2): 1080p videos, 2800x2800 artwork, music, and behind-the-scenes files.

$12 (Tier 3): 4K videos (where available), 4200x4200 artwork, music, early access to select unreleased content when feasible (late 2025/2026, subject
to schedules—not guaranteed).

Content: Includes downloadable music (e.g., Cosmic Cadence), artwork, and 12 video episodes per pass. May feature mature themes, sexual content,
and nudity. 4K not guaranteed—availability may change without notice.

Delivery: Monthly via Google Drive links emailed to you—downloads licensed for personal use. SHD isn’t responsible for data loss or access issues due
to Google Drive disruptions.

Releases: Vary by subbrand—see scheduled release dates.

Branding: Videos feature an SHD/subbrand spinning logo—no third-party ads.

3. Usage Rights

License Grant:

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

The license remains in effect as long as you’re in good standing with your subscription.

If you cancel or breach this agreement, we may revoke access to future downloads, but prior downloads stay licensed for personal use unless otherwise
terminated by SHD.

SHD retains all intellectual property rights.

Restrictions:

No redistributing, selling, modifying, or public use without written consent.

Violation terminates your license and subscription—no refunds.

4. Subscription Terms

Payment: Charged monthly via Gumroad ($8, $10, $12). Auto-renews unless canceled—see Section 4.3.

Renewal: Renew to receive new monthly episodes (12 total). Non-renewal stops future downloads; prior ones remain licensed.

Cancellation & Refunds: Cancel via Gumroad—ends at the billing cycle’s close. No refunds unless required by law.

Auto-Renewal: Auto-renews monthly—email reminder 7 days prior. Opt out anytime.

Content Availability: Subject to production schedules—no exact timing guaranteed.

5. Liability Limitations

As-Is Content: Provided “as is”—no warranties beyond what’s stated. 4K and early access are subject to availability.

Service Risks: SHD isn’t liable for Google Drive outages, data loss, or access issues—third-party terms apply.

Liability Cap: Limited to your last 12 months’ fees—legal maximum.

No Guarantees: Early access and 4K may change without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content is owned or licensed by SHD. Report infringement at legal@spacehistorydesigns.com.

Mature Content: Features sexual themes and potential nudity—crafted for artistic impact, 17+ only.

7. Data Privacy & Security

Collection: Email, payment info, tier choice—needed for delivery.

Use: For payments, content links, and updates—see Privacy Policy at spacehistorydesigns.com/privacy.

Security: We protect your data; Google Drive follows Google’s terms. You secure your account.

Compliance: GDPR, CCPA compliant—consent required at signup.

8. Age Appropriateness

17+ Rating: All passes are 17+ for mature themes, sexual content, and possible nudity.

Verification: Age verified at signup via approved methods (e.g., credit card)—no access under 17.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Law: California, USA [swap your state/country].

Disputes: Email support@spacehistorydesigns.com—30 days to resolve. Then, arbitration in [Your City] via AAA—no class actions.

10. Miscellaneous

Content Changes: SHD may alter, remove, or update content due to development needs. Access to new features or early access requires an active
subscription. Downloaded content remains licensed; online components may change without notice.

Notification: Changes emailed and posted at spacehistorydesigns.com/terms 30 days prior.

Termination: Breach (non-payment, piracy) ends your sub—no refunds.
